10月17日，全球半導體解決方案供應(yīng)商瑞薩電子宣布，截至2022年10月17日已完成對提供4D成像雷達解決方案的無晶圓半導體公司Steradian Semiconductors Private Limited（“Steradian”）的收購。

　　Steradian總部位于印度班加羅爾，是一家成立于2016年的初創(chuàng)公司，提供以小尺寸實現(xiàn)高精度物體識別和電源效率的雷達解決方案。雷達對ADAS來說是一項至關(guān)重要的技術(shù)，它利用車輛中各種復雜傳感器組合來檢測物體。瑞薩電子計劃依托汽車雷達市場提供的高增長機遇，借助Steradian的雷達技術(shù)擴展其汽車產(chǎn)品組合，并擴大其在雷達市場的影響力。

　　由此產(chǎn)生的汽車雷達解決方案將結(jié)合新的汽車雷達產(chǎn)品、瑞薩用于處理雷達信號的ADAS SoC（片上系統(tǒng)）、電源管理IC（PMIC）和計時產(chǎn)品以及用于物體識別的軟件。這些解決方案將簡化汽車雷達系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，并有助于加快產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。
