項目簡介：
上海污水處理自控系統一般包括污水廠部分和廠外泵站部分。工業計算機和工業以太網組成的監控系統通訊網絡和PLC是污水處理自動化系統的核心組成部分，它們的性能對污水處理自動化系統會起到決定性的作用。在上海污水處理自動控制系統中，由于地處潮濕、苛刻溫度變化的環境要求，對工業計算機的性能提出了更高的要求。作為污水處理自動控制系統的信息控制首腦位置，其本身必須穩定可靠，并具有預先處理數據和集中傳輸數據的能力，具有較高的故障保護能力，須綜合考慮整個監控系統的性能要求和自然條件以及運營周期對設備的要求進行選擇，需要選擇性能更好的2U無風扇工控機。所以，在該項目的工控機選型上，我們采用瑞強AE468MD-FL工控機和AE-NF202無風扇工控機。
The sewage treatment automatic control system mainly includes the sewage plant and outside plant pump. The major components of sewage treatment system arethe control & monitoring system communication network and PLC composed by industrial computer and ethernet.For harsh environment requirements of humidity and variable temperature, Shanghai sewage treatment system has higher requirements for industrial computer performance. As the system control center, the products have to have the data pre-processing and central-transferring capacity with the feature of stability and reliability, and higher fault protection. Nematron 2U fanless IPC fulfill all the requirements of integrated monitoring system performance, natural condition and operation circle. Nematron AE468MD-FL and AE-NF202 have been chosen to be the equipment of this project.
