隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化的不斷加劇，中國作為一個制造業(yè)大國，在電子組裝、SMT貼片、PCB組裝等領(lǐng)域取得了很大的突破，MES生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)是利用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)、ProfiBus現(xiàn)場總線、平板電腦、LED顯示屏、無線射頻識別、條碼識別等技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)對與各加工設(shè)備（絲印機、貼片機、AOI等）的數(shù)據(jù)采集與控制，通過LED顯示屏進行信息發(fā)布，實現(xiàn)對裝配過程的質(zhì)量控制、物料拉動、信息發(fā)布與作業(yè)指導(dǎo)的功能。

MES(manufacturing execution system) will utilize the industrial Ethernet network, Profibus, tablet PC, LED display, RFID, barcode recognition and other technology, which can realize the data collection and control of manufacturing equipments, including Screen Printer, SMT mounting, AOI, etc. The information will be public by LED screen and realize the function, like quality control, material pull, data issuance and operation guide in the assembly process.
在SMT生產(chǎn)線中，瑞強 Fomax F5102NF一體化工作站被安裝于印刷錫膏絲印機后、C類物料貼片機、A類物料貼片機、卷張物料貼片機、爐后、AOI目檢工站等，主要用于完成生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品參數(shù)狀態(tài)顯示、系統(tǒng)運行狀態(tài)控制和顯示、歷史數(shù)據(jù)的查詢和統(tǒng)計、故障維修記錄的查詢等工作。通過設(shè)置用戶訪問權(quán)限，保證各生產(chǎn)設(shè)備安全可靠的運行，從而滿足企業(yè)對生產(chǎn)過程的實時監(jiān)控與全面追溯需求。
In SMT production line, Nematron Fomax F5102NF Panel PC will be mainly used for products parameter display, system operation control and display, historical data inquiry and statistics, failure maintenance recording and inquiry when it has been installed with the solder paste screen painting, chip mounter of C & A type material, rolling material chip mounter, and AOI Visual inspection station.
