MES(manufacturing execution system) will utilize the industrial Ethernet network, Profibus, tablet PC, LED display, RFID, barcode recognition and other technology, which can realize the data collection and control of manufacturing equipments, including Screen Printer, SMT mounting, AOI, etc. The information will be public by LED screen and realize the function, like quality control, material pull, data issuance and operation guide in the assembly process.
在SMT生產線中，瑞強 Fomax F5102NF一體化工作站被安裝于印刷錫膏絲印機后、C類物料貼片機、A類物料貼片機、卷張物料貼片機、爐后、AOI目檢工站等，主要用于完成生產產品參數狀態顯示、系統運行狀態控制和顯示、歷史數據的查詢和統計、故障維修記錄的查詢等工作。通過設置用戶訪問權限，保證各生產設備安全可靠的運行，從而滿足企業對生產過程的實時監控與全面追溯需求。
In SMT production line, Nematron Fomax F5102NF Panel PC will be mainly used for products parameter display, system operation control and display, historical data inquiry and statistics, failure maintenance recording and inquiry when it has been installed with the solder paste screen painting, chip mounter of C & A type material, rolling material chip mounter, and AOI Visual inspection station. By setting up user access permissions, we can assure the safety and reliable operation of the production equipment, which can satisfy the real-time control of the production process.
