Honeywell to automate offshore gas platforms in Vietnam
霍尼韋爾為越南海上天然氣平臺提供自動化系統(tǒng)

July 19, 2011 — Honeywell has been engaged by PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) and the Bien Dong Petroleum Operating Company (BDPOC) to supply an integrated process control system for their new central processing platform currently under construction in Vung Tau, Vietnam. When fully operational by the end of 2012, the platform is expected to contribute significantly to meet Vietnam’s increased gas demands by providing 2 billion cubic meters of gasoline each year and up to 20,000 barrels of condensate daily. BDPOC is a subsidiary of state-run Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam).

7月19日消息——霍尼韋爾受聘于越南石油技術(shù)服務(wù)公司（PTSC）和邊東石油作業(yè)公司（BDPOC），為他們的一個(gè)新中央處理平臺提供一個(gè)綜合過程控制系統(tǒng)，該平臺位于越南頭頓，目前正在建設(shè)當(dāng)中。到2012年底全面運(yùn)作的時(shí)候，該平臺預(yù)計(jì)將為滿足越南不斷增長的天然氣需求作出重大貢獻(xiàn)，每年可以供應(yīng)20億立方米的汽油，每日可以供應(yīng)2萬桶的凝析油。邊東石油作業(yè)公司是國營越南石油和天然氣集團(tuán)（越南石油）的子公司。

Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) will implement its Experion Process Knowledge System (PKS) with C300 Controller and Foundation Fieldbus capabilities to fully automate the facility. Safety Manager will also be installed to improve process-safeguarding protocols, such as emergency shutdowns, fire and gas monitoring, and critical application control. By increasing efficiency and reducing downtime, the platform should be able to reach its optimal production volumes.

霍尼韋爾過程控制部（HPS）將實(shí)施其Experion過程知識系統(tǒng)（PKS）以及C300控制器和基金會現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)，為該平臺提供全面的自動化設(shè)施。安全管理器也將安裝，以改善諸如緊急停機(jī)、火災(zāi)和氣體監(jiān)測等過程保護(hù)協(xié)議，以及改善關(guān)鍵應(yīng)用控制。通過提高效率和減少停機(jī)時(shí)間，該平臺應(yīng)該能夠達(dá)到其最大產(chǎn)量。
