Emerson acquires Decision Management International

AUSTIN, TEXAS (August 8, 2007) - Emerson (NYSE: EMR) today announced it has acquired Decision Management International, Inc. (DMI) of Bradenton, FL. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Data integrity is a critical part of operations for manufacturers that must comply with requirements in regulated industries, such as life sciences, specialty chemical, and food and beverage production.
