Anders Jonsson talks about energy saving at EU energy conference in Shanghai

2006-02-24 - Executive Committee member and head of ABB’s Robotics division, Anders Jonsson, used the occasion of the sixth China-EU Energy Conference (Feb 21-22) in Shanghai to show how ABB products, systems and services help customers improve productivity and energy efficiency while reducing environmental impacts.

“It’s certainly important and beneficial for China to discuss such topics when its economy grows much faster than in Europe,” Jonsson said. “ABB has contributed a lot to China in the last decade in the area of energy saving, and I believe we will continue to play an active role in supporting China’s goal to build a resource efficient society in the future.”

Jonsson指出：“很顯然，在中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度遠(yuǎn)快于歐洲的時(shí)候，討論這類話題對(duì)中國(guó)是很重要而且收益良多的。ABB在過去的十年間為中國(guó)的能源節(jié)省做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)，而且我們相信，我們將一如既往的扮演重要的角色，支持中國(guó)達(dá)成在未來(lái)建立一個(gè)資源效率社會(huì)的目標(biāo)。”

More than 250 business executives, government officials and academia people participated in the conference and discussed on hot topics like energy supply, renewable energy, energy-efficiency, security of nuclear energy and research into new energy sources.

超過250個(gè)商界代表、政府官員和學(xué)術(shù)人士參加了本次大會(huì)，并討論了諸如能源供應(yīng)、能源再生、能源效率、核能安全以及新能源的開發(fā)等等熱點(diǎn)話題。

Participants including key customer like Bao Steel and the Chinese central government organization NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission) showed great interest in the solid data Jonsson presented.

與會(huì)者包括上海寶鋼集團(tuán)等重點(diǎn)客戶，中央政府組織國(guó)家發(fā)改委對(duì)Jonsson 展示的立體數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)出了極大的興趣。
